Hi! I’m Lili, it’s so nice to meet you.

Apart from being entirely obsessed with houseplants, watching re-runs of my favorite shows, and dancing any chance I get, I have a passion for working with BIPOC adults through Somatic Therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who is going to guide you gently, while also challenge you to feel more deeply, you’ve come to the right place.

I have an anti-shame approach that shows you how to trust your gut instinct, rather than that pesky inner critic.

My practice is rooted in continual learning so that you feel supported, understood, and less alone in what you’re carrying.

    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience providing direct individual therapy.

    • Strong foundation in supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds, including varied religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and gender identities

    • Well-versed in mental health disorders and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, while maintaining a holistic, person-centered approach that sees people beyond their diagnosis.

    • Experienced in working with parents, families, and children, providing insight into the complexities of family dynamics and child development that informs my inner child healing approach

    • Committed to ongoing education, intentionally seeking trainings led by people of color and ensuring that continuing education is culturally responsive and relevant
