At this time, my practice is dedicated to working with adults (18+). I do not currently provide therapy for children or adolescents.

Your first session is a conversation where I gather details about your family system(s), cultural background, mental health history, medical health, and substance use history. Gathering this information helps us understand how your past experiences shape the challenges you may be facing today. I try my best to create a warm, friendly space where you can share at your own pace. Trust takes time to build, and you’re never pressured to share more than what you’re comfortable with.

Sessions are 50-53 minutes to allow for smooth scheduling and a brief pause between appointments for preparation and self-care.

I am currently moving away from working with insurances and transitioning to only accepting self-pay. I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance provider. I’d advise first checking with your insurance provider regarding mental health coverage.

Individual therapy (and ongoing sessions): $180

I encourage folx to come prepared to explore and discuss their challenges, emotional distress, and areas of concern. Sessions don’t follow a strict structure. Instead, I am guided by your needs, moving through emotions with compassion and patience. I use a curious and reflective lens to help us explore the topics that matter most to you.

Yes. I use Simple Practice - a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform for folx located in California. All you need is a private and quiet space for us to meet and we can get started. Reliable internet connection is also a must.

I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. As long as you email me within 24 hours, regardless of whether I see the email or respond, you are within the time frame and there will be no charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $150, unless it’s an emergency. -
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or the things you’ve tried aren’t offering relief, therapy can help. We’ll explore what’s going on and uncover strategies that can offer you long-lasting relief.

I offer weekly sessions or bi-weekly sessions, based on the severity of your pain points. We’ll decide together, what makes the most sense based on your goals, capacity, and financial ability.
