QUESTIONS? I’VE GOT YOU
-
I work with adults (18+) located throughout California. My practice is fully virtual.
-
Think of the consultation as a quick “get to know you” check-in for both of us. We'll talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether my approach might be a good fit. You can ask me questions, too. There’s no pressure or commitment to book afterward.
-
Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you here. We'll talk about your history, relationships, culture, health, and the experiences that may be shaping what you're going through today.
You don't need to tell me everything at once. Trust takes time, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
-
I'm an active and collaborative therapist, so you won't be talking to a blank screen while I silently nod. Expect curiosity, reflection, metaphors, the occasional enthusiastic hand gesture, and moments where we slow down and notice what's happening in your body.
There's no rigid agenda. We follow what feels important while keeping your goals in mind.
-
Sessions are 50–53 minutes. I offer weekly and biweekly therapy, and we'll decide together what makes the most sense based on your needs, goals, capacity, and finances.
-
Initial session: $200
Ongoing individual therapy: $180 per sessionYou can find more information about fees and payment on my Pricing page.
-
My practice is self-pay, which means I don't bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Because every plan is different, I recommend checking your out-of-network mental health benefits directly with your insurance provider.
-
Sessions take place through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform - Simple Practice. You'll just need to be physically located in California at the time of your session, along with a private space and reliable internet connection.
